About the Office

The Office of New Americans (ONA) works to make Delaware a welcoming and inclusive place for new Americans, including immigrants and refugees. Through policy coordination, community partnerships, and direct support, the ONA promotes access to services, workforce development initiatives, language access, and civic engagement–benefiting families, communities, and the state as a whole.

These commissions preserve, celebrate, and elevate the histories, arts, and traditions that shape Delaware’s identity.
