This reporting form is designed to help individuals and families in Delaware safely document and report alleged misconduct by federal agents, including those from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). In coordination with the Delaware Department of Justice, this initiative supports transparency, accountability, and the protection of civil rights within our communities.
