Commissioner Mela Cook is a seasoned human services professional with over 20 years of experience empowering individuals and communities. Her career is characterized by a deep commitment to social justice, advocacy, and providing comprehensive support to those in need. From humble beginnings, Mela has emerged as a force for change, driven by a passion for helping others achieve self-sufficiency and strive for greatness. She holds a Paralegal Associate’s Degree from Peirce College of Philadelphia, PA.
